Complaints

01 Our Commitment

The Technical Room is committed to providing a high-quality service. If something goes wrong, we want to hear about it so we can fix it. We take all complaints seriously and aim to resolve them quickly and fairly.

02 How to Make a Complaint

If you are unhappy with any aspect of the TTR Desk service, please contact us with details of your complaint:

Email: support@thetechnicalroom.ca
Subject line: Complaint — [brief description]
Discord: Open a ticket in our Discord server support channel

When submitting a complaint, please include:

  • Your name and email address associated with your TTR Desk account.
  • A clear description of what happened and when.
  • Any relevant screenshots, error messages, or supporting information.
  • What outcome you are looking for.

03 Our Process

  1. Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours.
  2. Investigation: We will investigate the matter thoroughly and may contact you for additional information.
  3. Resolution: We aim to resolve complaints within 14 business days. If more time is needed, we will keep you updated on progress.
  4. Final response: Once our investigation is complete, we will send you a written response explaining our findings and any actions taken.

04 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate your complaint by emailing support@thetechnicalroom.ca with the subject line "Complaint Escalation" and referencing your original complaint. Escalated complaints will be reviewed by the founder directly.

05 Scope

This complaints procedure covers issues with:

  • The TTR Desk application (bugs, errors, functionality issues)
  • Account and billing issues
  • Data privacy concerns
  • Customer service quality
  • Any other aspect of the TTR Desk service

Please note that complaints about trading losses, prop firm rules, third-party broker platforms, or market outcomes are outside the scope of this procedure. TTR Desk is a software tool and does not provide financial advice or manage trades. See our Risk Disclosure for more details.

06 Feedback

Even if you don't have a formal complaint, we welcome all feedback. Suggestions, feature requests, and general comments can be submitted through our Discord community or by emailing support@thetechnicalroom.ca.
