The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial adviser if you have any doubts.

TTR Desk is a software tool — not a financial advisory service. Nothing in the application, website, or any associated materials constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any form of professional counsel. All features, including calculators, signals, bots, analytics, and performance data, are provided for informational and educational purposes only.
The Technical Room does not recommend any specific financial instrument, strategy, or trade. Any decisions you make based on the information or tools provided by TTR Desk are entirely your own responsibility.
03 Past Performance
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Any historical data, performance statistics, win rates, equity curves, P&L figures, or similar metrics displayed within TTR Desk are based on historical or user-inputted data. They do not guarantee future performance and should not be relied upon when making trading decisions.
04 Prop Firm Trading Risks
Proprietary trading firm evaluations, challenges, and funded accounts carry their own set of risks:
- Evaluation fees are typically non-refundable regardless of outcome.
- Funded accounts can be revoked if rules are violated.
- Payout structures, rules, and firm stability can change without notice.
- TTR Desk tracks prop firm data as entered by the user — we do not verify the accuracy of any prop firm's representations, rules, or financial stability.
- The Technical Room has no affiliation with, endorsement of, or responsibility for any prop firm.
05 Copy Trading & Signal Risks
Copy trading and signal-following involve additional risks beyond standard trading:
- Past performance of a signal provider or master account does not guarantee future results.
- Execution delays, slippage, and different broker conditions may result in different outcomes.
- The person or strategy being copied may change their approach at any time.
- Copy trading does not eliminate the need for your own risk management.
- You remain fully responsible for all trades executed on your account, whether manually or via copy trading.
06 Leverage & Margin
Leveraged products amplify both gains and losses. A small market movement can result in proportionally large losses that may exceed your initial deposit. Margin calls may require you to deposit additional funds at short notice. Failure to meet margin requirements may result in your positions being liquidated at a loss.
07 Third-Party Platforms
TTR Desk connects to third-party broker and trading platforms. We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy, availability, or reliability of data provided by third-party platforms.
- Trade execution, fills, slippage, or order handling on any broker platform.
- Any losses resulting from broker platform downtime, errors, or failures.
- The financial stability or regulatory status of any broker or prop firm.
08 Tax Obligations
You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all tax obligations arising from your trading activities in your jurisdiction. TTR Desk is not a tax adviser. While TTR Desk may include tools that help you track expenses and calculate estimates, these are informational tools only and do not constitute tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional.
09 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Technical Room, its founders, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Your use of or reliance on TTR Desk or any information provided within it.
- Any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial outcomes.
- Interruptions, errors, or inaccuracies in the Service.
- Actions or omissions of third-party platforms or services.
10 Your Acknowledgement
By using TTR Desk, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Risk Disclosure, and you accept all risks associated with trading financial markets. You confirm that you are trading at your own risk and with capital you can afford to lose.
